The water was at a good level for the Nitrite test which was a 0 meaning the water is good.

When I checked the Nitrate levels this is when it came out to be and it was average . Kind of in between 40 ppm and 80 ppm.

In my group Water Paradise I was the pH checker because the person that was assigned it this week is gone so I collected some water out the tank and dropped some of the pH liquid and the water was good then I did a higher solution and it came out to 8.0

On October 25th my class disassembled their bottle biome with the plants and some had fish but on that day I wasn’t at school so I wasn’t able to observe the last day of the Bottle Biome project but I do know that our fish we had in the Bottle Biome was alive.

The plants are still slowly dying but some still are looking bright green while the dying ones are losing life and turning brown. Our fish is still alive though and its been about 7 or 8 weeks which is good for a fish because he hasn’t been fed and he still swimming. Excited to take him home next Friday!

Update on our Bottle Biome project. The fish is still alive which is very good because its been awhile since he’s been in the bottle and we aren’t feeding him because he has to just adapt to living in the biome that he’s in but it sucks I can’t feed him. Another updated thing is about how our plants are starting to die above the fish which isn’t good, they are not standing up straight anymore and they are losing green on the top tips.

I don’t really see a change in the Bottle Biome as much as last week but the water has evaporated a little more. Our fish is still alive too which is good because we don’t know what he’s been eating because we aren’t suppose to open it up and feed it so me and my partner are scared he might die since we don’t know if he’s eating anything.
